Kicking off the 'Super Mario' series, this is Mario's first adventure in the Mushroom Kingdom. Princess Peach is being held captive by the evil Bowser and his Koopa Troop, and Mario must traverse through the 8 worlds to save her and the kingdom.

Power-up Mario as the flame-flinging Fire Mario or gain invulnerability from Super Stars to take down Bowser's army.
